The Knox Fire Company allows use of its meeting room and kitchen area by other organizations and
private parties. Use of the Hall is on a first come, first serve basis, and we have a few rules about
renting it:
You may reserve the meeting hall and kitchen for events such as birthday parties, wedding or baby
showers, holiday parties, family reunions, Boy/Girlscout meetings, and other functions approved by the
Company President.
A Knox firefighter or ladies auxiliary member must sponser each event, and be present during the
duration of the function.
Hall reservations must also be approved by the Board of Fire Commissioners. The board meets on the
second Tuesday of the month, so if you wish to use the hall, please plan ahead of time.
For insurance purposes, you must present a copy of your home owners insurance which reflects that
the Knox Fire Station is included for the duration of the event.
